A small bottle. Vital information when it matters. Our club takes part in this simple scheme to help emergency responders find essential personal and medical information in an emergency at home.

Who can it help?

Message in a Bottle can be particularly helpful for older people, anyone living alone, and people with health conditions, allergies or disabilities.

Three simple steps

• Complete the form
  Fill in the supplied form with your essential details and emergency contacts. Ask someone you trust to help if needed.

• Keep it in the fridge
  Place the completed form inside the bottle and keep the bottle in your fridge, where emergency responders can look for it.

• Display the stickers
  Put the supplied green cross stickers on the fridge door and inside your front door, following the instructions in your kit.
